Refund Policy

Cancellations & Changes by Client

• If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you must give us notice in writing (email is acceptable).

• Cancellation fees apply as follows (for example):

  • More than 7 days before the booking: deposit refunded unless booked a no cancellation rate.

  • Within 48hours of the booking: 50% of the total cost is forfeited.

  • On the day of booking or no-show: 100% of the total cost is forfeited.

• Amendments are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.

4. Changes or Cancellation by Us

• We reserve the right to cancel or amend a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, horse availability, safety issues, etc.).

• In such cases we will (where possible) provide alternative dates or services, or refund amounts you have paid for the cancelled portion.

• We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by you (travel, accommodation, time) as a result.
